Moggy’s Group started with Moggy's Developments in 2013, building high-quality, award-winning homes and sheds. Company director James Mogford saw a gap in the market and added Ocean Reef Pools to the portfolio in 2017 followed shortly by Endurance Sheds and Termimesh in 2018. In 2021, Easyloc Aluminium and Powder Coating was purchased to complement the group and Moggy’s Transport was created out of a need to control our own freight.
In 2022 Moggy's Group moved into a new purpose-built premise in Centurion Drive, Paget, which is managed by Moggy’s Commercial Investments (MCI) and features our brand new Pool Display Centre.

Today it operates as a small team of highly experienced tradespeople and apprentices who assist our other companies with more complex builds and large projects. The Moggy's Developments team specialises in commercial builds as well as in-house renovation projects.

Commercial Investments
MCI was created in 2020 when our companies began to outgrow our previous premises. MCI found, designed and built the large commercial complex at 1-15 Centurion Drive, Paget, where our companies now reside. Now that construction on the first stage is complete MCI manages the 10-tenancy complex. MCI's ongoing purpose is to look at our businesses and their requirements for premises and deliver on that.
Easyloc Aluminium and Powder Coating specialise in the fabrication and powder coating of aluminium fencing, privacy screens, balustrades and handrails. We also fabricate, supply and install standard aluminium pool fences and gates as well as supply and install frameless glass pool fencing and Pool Perf. Using only premium products our aim is to deliver our customers with a high standard and quality of work in the quickest time possible.

Transport
In 2022 Moggy's Transport was created to address the need for reliability and consistency in our supply chains. Our Moggy's Tranport fleet includes a Western Star prime mover, an enclosed b-double trailer, a semi trailer with a rear-mounted crane as well as a bogie-axle crane truck. We are currently doing two runs from Mackay to Brisbane each week picking up from our numerous suppliers across Brisbane to ensure our product is delivered to our customers on time and in full.
